By utilizing our logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging in any logistics services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

  1. Definitions
  • “Universe Capital Logistics”: Refers to Universe Capital Logistics Services LLC, the carrier responsible for providing the logistics services.
  • “Shipper”: The person or entity utilizing the logistics services and providing the goods for transportation.
  • “Consignee”: The person or entity to whom the goods are being delivered.
  • “Goods”: The items being transported by Universe Capital Logistics.
  • “Service”: The transportation and related services provided by Universe Capital Logistics.
  1. Booking and Acceptance of Goods

The Shipper must accurately provide all necessary information and documentation for the logistics of goods, including description, quantity, weight, and packaging. Universe Capital Logistics reserves the right to refuse any goods for logistics that do not comply with safety regulations, legal requirements, or pose a risk to personnel, equipment, or the environment.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and subject to change based on various factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, customs procedures, and force majeure events. Universe Capital Logistics will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the specified timeframe, but shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

  1. Liability

Universe Capital Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or mis delivery of goods arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of public enemies, war, natural disasters, strikes, and government actions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Universe Capital Logistics’ liability for loss, damage, or delay to goods is subject to limitations as outlined by applicable laws and regulations. In no event shall Universe Capital Logistics be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  1. Insurance

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Universe Capital Logistics does not provide insurance for the goods during logistics. It is the responsibility of the Shipper to arrange for appropriate insurance coverage if desired.

  1. Claims

Any claims for loss, damage, or delay to goods must be filed in writing with Universe Capital Logistics within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery, as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. Failure to adhere to the claims process may result in the denial of the claim.

  1. Dangerous Goods

The Shipper must declare and properly package any dangerous goods according to applicable laws and regulations. Universe Capital Logistics reserves the right to refuse logistics of dangerous goods that do not comply with safety standards.

  1. Payment

Payment for logistics services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Universe Capital Logistics reserves the right to retain possession of the goods until full payment is received.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the logistics services are provided.

  1. Amendments to Terms

Universe Capital Logistics reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our official website.
